Delivery & Returns
Are you not happy with the item(s) you purchased from us? Do not worry because you can return it for refund or exchange with another item(s) when you return it to us in saleable condition.
- - Items are eligible for full refund of the item original price if returned within 14 days of purchase.
- - Items are eligible for exchange with another item on our website if returned within 21 days of purchase
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Orders paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.
Please also note that items must be returned in their original packing, including hangers, dust bags, cases, boxes, and barcode tags when applicable. Also, items must not be worn, damaged or altered.
You also have the right to cancel your order and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order.
Consumable Products: We do not accept return on consumable products such as perfume, cosmetics, and other beauty products.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable unless the products sent to you are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on hard surfaces. It is therefore, strongly recommended that you always try on shoes on carpet. Shoes boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned in good condition, along with the shoes.
Swimwear and underwear's: In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or pierced jewelry or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Others: Items marked Final Sale or Non-returnable
Tops & Dresses: Please, be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garments.
